Description
Riveting real-life television, Intervention explores the lives of people dependent on drugs, alcohol, or other destructive behaviors and the people who intervene to save them. This episode watches as friends try to help 24-year-old Tamela. Molested as a child, she now cuts herself with razor blades. Next, interventionist Jeff VanVonderen is called in to help Jerrie, 29. Her addiction to Vicodin causes her to forge physician prescriptions and buy from drug dealers.
