Touches on the relevance of a market-based economy, the political response to the late 2000's financial crises, and the success of the Bank of North Dakota, a state-owned bank. Henderson brings up also the E.U.'s proposal of a financial transaction tax meant to offset the potential harm caused by volatile trading practices, and to be used for the public good.
