Description
In this film, HR consultant Peter Wallbridge provides personal experiences of shaping the business and culture to accommodate mergers, acquisitions and divestment. He discusses how merging businesses must quickly create a new structure and leadership and clear roles, and communicate a new vision to employees. After getting a structure in place, the new company must create a new culture; most mergers fail due to cultural differences.
