Description
When it comes to healthy eating, the nutrition labelcan be a great guide. A Nielsen study found, however, that 59 percent of shoppers have a hard time understanding what those labels really mean. Now, grocery stores are trying to make it easier by posting a “nutritional value," or NuVal, score. Some grocery stores are posting that score right next to the price.
