Description
Over 55% of the messages we send are transmitted non-verbally. In most cases, non-verbal messages are more powerful than what we actually say, and greatly contribute to the outcome not only of the sales process, but also to communication in general. This training program shows several examples of non-verbal communication taking place, and discusses the benefits of being able to interpret such information correctly.
