The 1st work for keyboards, clariflute, digital synthesizers, samplers, and digital processors (B. McLean); voice, ancient glacial rocks struck with mallets, ocarinas, and stereo tape (P. McLean). 2nd work for FM synthesis and sampling techniques on stereo tape with light patterns from the sparkling light console (Fireflies). 3rd work for extended vocal techniques (P. McLean); percussion (B. McLean) with animal, bird, insect, and surreal instrumental sound on stereo tape. 4th work for multiple vocal, insect, instrumental sounds sampled, recorded music of Hildegard von Bingen, sampled Buddhist chant, and digital synthesis on stereo tape, accompanied by multiple slide projections with fade and dissolve technique.
