Description
This new Chandos release finds Michael Collins performing Johnannes Brahms and Carl Reinecke's clarinet sonatas with the pianist Michael McHale. Inspired by clarinetist Richard Muhlfeld, Brahms two late clarinet sonatas are works of moving and dramatic intensity.
