Description
Sheriff Ray Owens leaves his LAPD narcotics post to settle into a life fighting what little crime takes place in the sleepy border town known as Sommerton Junction. That peaceful existence is shattered when Gabriel Cortez, a notorious drug kingpin, makes an escape from the FBI. Mayhem ensues.
