Description
Computers are used by many different types of people--most without programming experience--and designers must address the needs of 'non-expert' users. This should include the ergonomic aspects of terminal design along with wider human science issues. This book is a collaboration between computer specialists and human scientists, and is not intended to teach systems analysis, design, nor the basics of human science. The aim is to combine principles from applied ergonomics with precepts from practical design experience, for systems designers to use and adapt for users needs.
