Luffy has been made a busboy on Baratie, the oceangoing restaurant. His oath to feed any and all pirates gets in the way when the pirates he just fed now want to serve him up for dinner.
Captain Kuro of the Black Cat Pirates has been posing as a butler in a small seaside village. Now, the time for pillage is just right and the Black Cat Pirates will attack unless Monkey D. Luffy and his small crew can stop them.
Usopp was known in his village for telling tall tales such as claiming that pirates are attacking. But now, when the Black Cat Pirates really are attacking, Usopp must find the strength to defend his village.
